10:57 am - Also, Call On Me probably isn't the best music video ever. As I was thinning out my facebook groups today, I realized that I don't miss Target as much as I used to.

04:48 pm - I love Ravin because she entertains me from afar. unsavoryplatypus: i just decided that i'm adding fiona apple to my list of girls i'd go gay for MissyMoonbeam86: i should make a list of boys i'd go straight for unsavoryplatypus: hey is zach braff on that list? MissyMoonbeam86: yes MissyMoonbeam86: he was actually the first one that came to mind unsavoryplatypus: yeah natalie is at the top of my list unsavoryplatypus: i think i'm actually gonna make a list MissyMoonbeam86: me too...shall we make an lj out of it? unsavoryplatypus: i'm thinking, "hell yes" MissyMoonbeam86: wonderful
Boys I'd go stright for:
- Zach Braff
- Jason Schwartzman
- Jared Leto
- Jason Behr (but only if he was really an alien)
- Ben Folds
- Orlando Bloom (don't tell my mom)
- James Blunt
- Eric Prydz (does anyone know if he's gay?)
- The lead singer for Maroon 5
- Simon & Garfunkel...at the same time. (Yes, I know they have first names)
- Jude Law
- John Cusack
- Quintin Tarantino
- Dr. McDreamy from Grey's Anatomy
- Guy who plays Charlie on Lost
- I give up
(Does anyone else find it a little odd that, theoretically, I'm into white guys but, in actuality, I'm not into white girls?)
And in recent apartment news:
- Daniel threw our puppy (ok, so it might have been a pet rock) over the fence.
- Bayardo broke a light while playing with his lightsaber.
- Leo has me wearing mascara again.

12:54 pm - I think someone put a curse on my right eye.
I bought purple hangers in SLO. Between those and the Buddha, our closet is a much happier place.
Someone send me new music.

09:01 pm - I'd rather plant a tree that grows up tall for all to see. Today a man asked if I had an Irish accent. Then, as I was helping his wife find a nut grinder he looked at me suspiciously and asked if I was American then where I was from. His wife had blue eyebrows and said he does this all the time.

12:29 am I killed Ophelia. Or maimed her at least. I mailed her to the iPod hospital today. It makes me sad. Ravin leaves tomorrow and despite the fact that I'm happy/excited/really fuckin proud of her that makes me sad too. It's odd to think that my dwindling motivation for going home is pretty much gone now.

07:39 pm - And I say your uncle was a crooked French Canadian I just found my favorite tongue ring which has been missing for almost 2 weeks. I would have jumped for joy if: a) I wasn't sitting down. b) It wasn't so hot. c) I wasn't so lazy. and d) That wasn't such a silly idea.
So there's a big sale going on at work. I bought: (1) Red flask, slightly hideous. (4) Towels with ruffles (they make Andy want to cry) (5) Napkins (also mildly ugly) which I intend to use for towels. (1) Bottle of olive oil. (2) Packs of clear colored teaspoons (no idea what I'm going to use them for. I also stole several magazines (did you know we have to throw them away when we get the new ones?) from which I intend to get recipies I will probably never use.
Ummm, I almost hit a baby opossum today. At first I was like "HOLY MOTHER OF GOD that's a big rat" then I realized it was a opossum (I'm never sure whether to use "a" or "an" preceding opossum because it starts with a vowel but doesn't sound like it).

09:13 pm - Draw me a map to your balloon. So I've decided to start posting livejournals as blogs so everyone can read my pointless entries (cause god knows I'm so good about updating things in general).
Today as I was eating the taco special from Rudy's (I've become one of those people who eats the same lunch and sits at the same table everyday) and thinking about how much I miss Lost it occured to me: isn't it a little odd that none of the people on the plane (or at least in the yay-we-miraculously-survived-our-plane-snapping-in-half group) are Australian? I mean, the plane was coming from Australia, there had to have been some of them. But no, I have yet to see a guy in a funny hat or a kangaroo on that island. This is very troubling.
Things to do when myspace is down: -Stalk people on last.fm and rape limewire in a vain effort to expand your music library and maybe, just maybe, impress whomever you were stalking with the fact that you like the same music. (note: the new thing last.fm is doing with the pictures is pretty fuckin awesome) -Update your lj -Lay around thinking about how hot it is. -Complain about how hot it is.
There should be a pandora for movies.
I can't remember the last time I took a nap.
Ravin, I just figured out what I'm giving you for a going away present (actually that's not even remotely true, I've had it in mind for some time) and it's gonna be awesome.
My wife is gone for a week =(
I've learned several important lessons in the past few months: -Having a vacuum that sucks (in the literal not the slang, sense) is extremely important. -You can get so used to alcohol that it doesn't get you drunk anymore. -It's not easy to hold my attention at the most important times. -Cherry pitters are seriously, no joke in really high demand.
I woke up today sure of one thing: that I needed to watch Garden State. So here goes. Current Location: My roooooom Current Music: Live and Learn by The Cardigans
